Celebrating Student Success
This week, I would like to congratulate our grade 10 students for their brilliant Personal Project Exhibition for parents on Tuesday night and to the whole school on Wednesday.
Not only did the students introduce the concept behind the culminating project for the MYP years to the visitors, they also patiently answered questions about their projects and highlighted how they approached it. The visitors were impressed by the many creative and challenging projects on display, from Upcycling to teaching coding skills or raising awareness of the pros and cons of technology use.
We are proud of what our grade 10 students have achieved, and hope they will use the feedback they received during the exhibition to complete their Personal Project Reports, in which they need to reflect on how their learning developed.
We would also like to thank Liz Appleton, the Personal Project Coordinator, for guiding the students through the process; the results speak for themselves.
