LEARNING SUPPORT

Whether interventions, adaptive content, methodology or content delivery, we design support with each child’s needs in mind.

The purpose of Learning Support is to enable students to successfully develop to their fullest potential and instruction is specially designed to meet the student's particular needs. Learning Support services are provided to students who have been determined through the referral process as needing additional academic support in order to be successful in school. Learning Support services are also provided to those students whose abilities are far above average who might also require curriculum enrichment. Specially designed interventions means adapting the content, methodology, or delivery of instruction for two main reasons:

- to address the unique needs of the student that results from a learning difference, and

- to ensure the student's access to the general curriculum in order to meet the educational standards that apply to all students.

If you have any questions please reach out to Jonathan Matthews-Hirsch, our Head of Student Support Services.
