Clean Seeberg - Green BBIS Campus
Last year, World Cleanup Day united 18 million people across 157 countries and territories for the biggest waste collection day in human history. The movement felt like a gigantic wave of cleanups across the globe – beginning in New Zealand and travelling around the world before ending in Hawaii. This year, World Cleanup Day will happen on September 21st – and BBIS will take part in it. Following the motto ‘Clean Seeberg – Green BBIS Campus’ our student action group is calling on our community - students, parents and staff - to join in and become part of this student-led initiative.
Under the guidance of our student action group, the primary goal of the collaborative project is to get rid of all the trash around the Seeberg – around our campus, the woods and Hakeburg and the Kleinmachnow Rathausmarkt. As a school, we clean up litter and collect everything in bags to make a small contribution to a cleaner and greener environment to learn and live in.
Please save the date: Clean Seeberg - Green BBIS Campus - September 21st @BBIS 11:00-13:00.
The BBIS students leading the project - Rebecca, Naemi and Jiratt - will inform you about the next steps to get involved soon.
