Kate Mancarella

Primary School Principal

Kate Mancarella joined BBIS as the new Primary School Principal in August 2025. Prior to joining BBIS, Kate served as Principal at Milgate Primary School in Melbourne, Australia. Over the course of her career, she has gained extensive experience in international education. Before assuming her leadership role at Milgate, Kate spent nine years in Beijing as a teacher, PYP Coordinator, and Assistant Principal. Her career reflects a strong commitment to inclusive, compassionate, and innovative education.
