TOK Exhibition 2023

What is TOK? Theory of Knowledge is a core component of the IB Diploma Programme and encourages critical reflection on different ways of knowing and areas of knowledge. BBIS students ultimately explore the question ‘How do we know what we know?’. TOK is assessed through an 950-word exhibition and a 1,600-word essay.

At BBIS, our Grade 11 students embarked on an insightful learning journey as they curated an exhibition centered around three objects. Each object is connected to a thought-provoking question about knowledge. Some of the questions explored were ‘What is the relationship between knowledge and culture?’ and ‘Can new knowledge change established values and beliefs?'

Through this digital TOK Exhibition 2023, we invite you to explore the objects and insights our students have uncovered.
